When Amerigo Giardino fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gonzo Style f.c's protests and gave Amerigo Giardino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ekipa Damcia booed when Gonzo Style f.c was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Giardino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Jacinto in the 8th minute of play. Arrigo Capone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Jacinto in the 19th minute of play. Sérgio Jacinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arrigo Capone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Jacinto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 25th minute Sérgio Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Capone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Emanuele Bertoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Mojsiewicz was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuele Bertoni was the one to do the kick off. Amedeo Signoretti made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ekipa Damcia's Gustaw Jaraczewski. In the 57th minute of the match Ekipa Damcia got a corner. Gonzo Style f.c's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
