The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Ireno got free with Luís Fernando Almeida in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Fonso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Fernando Almeida having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Fonso in the 23rd minute of play forced Febre Amarela's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenílson Peres in the 31st minute of play forced Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Mero Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mero Portero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson Peres in the 33rd minute of the match. Célio da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lenílson Peres to make the kick off. The supporters of Club Ibiza booed when Febre Amarela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. 许笑冰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Febre Amarela's Luís Fernando Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Fonso in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Club Ibiza booed when Febre Amarela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adil Vavasseur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Kazuo Koriotto replaced Bruno Fonso. In the 67th match minute, Febre Amarela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adil Vavasseur to maneuver through the defense. Club Ibiza's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Ireno in the 76th minute. Luís Fernando Almeida came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Kazuo Koriotto. But to his dismay, Kazuo Koriotto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 85th match minute, Febre Amarela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 许笑冰 to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Jaime Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Ibiza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
