In the 3rd minute Fikri Üstün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulu Hayat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Ezber Bozan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rahmi Tara to maneuver through the defense. The Ezber Bozan FK fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Ezber Bozan FK's Fikri Üstün looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ulu Hayat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikri Üstün in the 12th minute of play. Ulu Hayat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikri Üstün in the 13th minute of play. Varol Ongay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bircan Ulaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Hamza Kurumer charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamza Kurumer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bircan Ulaç in the 19th minute of play forced Ezber Bozan FK's goalkeeper Varol Ongay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bircan Ulaç struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Varol Ongay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basmane Texas. Rahmi Tara hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Ezber Bozan FK's Burç Ongu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Burç Ongu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ezber Bozan FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Burç Ongu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 23 minutes into the game, one of Ezber Bozan FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 1-1 came in the 26th minute when Ahmet Erdem Darga all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Varol Ongay. 29 minutes into the game, Ferhan Selçuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ulu Hayat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 2-2 became the score in the 35th minute when Sergen Özgurcan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Basmane Texas's Ulu Hayat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhan Selçuk in the 38th minute of play. Varol Ongay made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Halis Songurhan sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 45 minutes, Sergen Özgurcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basmane Texas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergen Özgurcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergen Özgurcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Varol Ongay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sergen Özgurcan to make the kick off. Hamza Kurumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulu Hayat made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Aybek Sanal sent off a good shot on target. Şevket Umut hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Ferhan Selçuk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ulu Hayat came out and tried to block the shot, but Ferhan Selçuk slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 55th minute. After 60 minutes, Suphi Reha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Basmane Texas and the Ezber Bozan FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Basmane Texas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Suphi Reha hit a great ball. The long shot by Rahmi Tara in the 61st minute really tested Ulu Hayat's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 67th minute, Suphi Reha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Suphi Reha got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ferhan Selçuk struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ulu Hayat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ezber Bozan FK. Arif Buğra Taykoç hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Ezber Bozan FK's Ferhan Selçuk got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Fikri Üstün made a precise shot to the right of Ulu Hayat. Basmane Texas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. After 81 minutes of play, Basmane Texas's Halis Songurhan made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Varol Ongay was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ezber Bozan FK booed when Basmane Texas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şevket Umut didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Basmane Texas's Ulu Hayat got control of the ball when Fikri Üstün tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulu Hayat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferhan Selçuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Ferhan Selçuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulu Hayat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Sergen Özgurcan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Varol Ongay was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. With a little luck, Basmane Texas's Ulu Hayat got control of the ball when Fikri Üstün tried to sneak it across the goal line.
