Denílson Colmenares charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denílson Colmenares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CON-E-CO booed when Programayin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Colmenares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlomagno Agüero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Colmenares in the 10th minute of play. After 12 played minutes CON-E-CO got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Masseda. Dalmacio Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as CON-E-CO's Fabricio Masseda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eguen Catalan. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Eguen Catalan came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by CON-E-CO's Romano Arenal. But to his dismay, Romano Arenal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 29th minute Jaume Alderete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlomagno Agüero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Fernandez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eguen Catalan came out and tried to block the shot, but Dalmacio Fernandez slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 30th minute. Fabricio Masseda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Eguen Catalan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ugaitz Ompanera hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Eguen Catalan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romano Arenal in the 39th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Xulio Balado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CON-E-CO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Programayin the free kick. Xulio Balado hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olando Liendo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Romano Arenal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CON-E-CO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Romano Arenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Programayin's Denílson Colmenares got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Denílson Colmenares off the ground. A collision led to Programayin getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Denílson Colmenares hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Eguen Catalan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eguen Catalan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Programayin's Eguen Catalan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romano Arenal in the 73rd minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Eguen Catalan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Fernandez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eguen Catalan. Programayin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Fernandez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Dalmacio Fernandez took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eguen Catalan. Eguen Catalan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There was no doubt that CON-E-CO were the better team. CON-E-CO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
