After having played for 34 minutes, Gianluca Lapadula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Papicho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gianluca Lapadula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute of the match, Tabb Panizo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeremy Nicholas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. AC Papicho's Alexander Shaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Silva in the 46th minute of play.

AC Papicho's Rodolfo Mora was substituted for Egun Lisundia. 53 minutes into the match, AC Papicho's Gianluca Lapadula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremy Nicholas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, AC Papicho's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Silva came free, but Alexander Shaw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremy Nicholas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AC Papicho's Alexander Shaw proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AC Papicho from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute of the match, Tio Lio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alexander Shaw was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tio Lio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Alexander Shaw when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of AC Papicho booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ye Gang Cheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frasquito Abrego in the 92nd minute of the match. New England Minas's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because AC Papicho had won, even though New England Minas had held more of the ball.
