TiGrEs Fx's supporters rose to their feet, but Blasi Asas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruy Berger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Alex Elenescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ruy Berger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruy Berger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcos Marcos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Elenescu in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Alex Elenescu made a precise shot to the right of Ruy Berger. ALIANZA 1901's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Alex Elenescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franc Merlot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josepe Gamiz in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Alex Elenescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruy Berger. ALIANZA 1901's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Elenescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josepe Gamiz in the 37th minute of play forced TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Franc Merlot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ALIANZA 1901 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Zarbonin Riesco hit a great ball. After the first half TiGrEs Fx were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Luis Escobar made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Alex Elenescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Luis Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franc Merlot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franc Merlot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Tomasini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goal looked a bit too open when Richie Ason came free, but Franc Merlot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Elenescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Rancaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruy Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilberto Rancaño ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goalkeeper Ruy Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Rancaño. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josepe Gamiz in the 66th minute of play. ALIANZA 1901 made a substitution. Nicasio Rivadeneira replaced Richie Ason. TiGrEs Fx's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcos Marcos in the 76th minute. When Zarbonin Riesco fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALIANZA 1901's protests and gave Zarbonin Riesco a yellow card for diving instead. Zarbonin Riesco kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. TiGrEs Fx were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after ALIANZA 1901's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcos Marcos took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Rancaño in the 86th minute of play forced ALIANZA 1901's goalkeeper Ruy Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger got control of the ball when Gilberto Rancaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ALIANZA 1901 from getting a goal against them. Gilberto Rancaño succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 91st playminute. After a rather tough play, TiGrEs Fx's Gilberto Rancaño got a free kick in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Gilberto Rancaño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruy Berger. ALIANZA 1901's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Rancaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The TiGrEs Fx supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TiGrEs Fx would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
