Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iván Sotomayor took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Balkes FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brian Chaverri was slow to take the kick. During this time Valle Saron's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Constantino Dean got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 4 minutes into the match. Fernado Mendivil's late challenge caught a Valle Saron's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernado Mendivil helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Fernado Mendivil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gianfranco Saron scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xamo Viladrosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Reimundo Nobajas hit a great ball. Gianfranco Saron took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xamo Viladrosa. Xamo Viladrosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 23rd minute, Anacleto Freyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xamo Viladrosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gringo Saron's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Gianfranco Saron took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xamo Viladrosa. Xamo Viladrosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ildefonso Perma hit a great ball. Gianfranco Saron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute Gianfranco Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xamo Viladrosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xamo Viladrosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianfranco Saron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 52nd minute of play. During the 53rd minute of the match Fernado Mendivil completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fernado Mendivil a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 54th match minute, Balkes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernado Mendivil to maneuver through the defense. Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianfranco Saron in the 57th minute of play. If Gianfranco Saron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balkes FC's Xamo Viladrosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 58th minute of play. Xamo Viladrosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 62nd minute. Pepito Saron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valle Saron made a substitution. Joshua Saron replaced Gringo Saron. 68 minutes into the game, Fonso Barreto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balkes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valle Saron the free kick. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fonso Barreto hit a great ball. After 71 minutes of play, Valle Saron's Chumo Salces made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xamo Viladrosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chumo Salces in the 74th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Reimundo Nobajas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balkes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valle Saron the free kick. After a rather tough play, Balkes FC's Reimundo Nobajas got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Valle Saron booed when Balkes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reimundo Nobajas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Brian Chaverri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xamo Viladrosa skillfully saved the ball. Fonso Barreto was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Fonso Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Balkes FC got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Freyle. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Arí Saron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valle Saron's supporters rose to their feet, but Arí Saron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xamo Viladrosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Balkes FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mikeldi Barzana hit a great ball. Valle Saron played a much better game than Balkes FC and deserved their victory. The Balkes FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
