Alfredo Tomasini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermann Hesse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Ruy Berger came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Rius Mascaran. But to his dismay, Rius Mascaran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ruy Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaizkine Ibern, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Hermann Hesse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Escobar in the 12th minute of the match. Rius Mascaran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruy Berger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Rius Mascaran dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ruy Berger, 2-0. Rius Mascaran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruy Berger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Rius Mascaran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ruy Berger made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Rius Mascaran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rius Mascaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruy Berger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruy Berger made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Rius Mascaran sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger got control of the ball when Rius Mascaran tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rius Mascaran made a kick off. Ruy Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rius Mascaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Rius Mascaran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rius Mascaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. ALIANZA 1901's Ruy Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olly Morgan in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Orain Ambrosio got a free kick in the 96th minute.
