Franc Merlot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Gotzon in the 32nd minute of the match. When TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Pepe Burrón's goalie prevented a goal. FC Pepe Burrón's Frank Beckenbauer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edgard Estevez, made in the 35th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justino Gotzon got free with Franc Merlot in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Pepe Burrón were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after TiGrEs Fx's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Herbert Walmarsson took the corner. Frank Beckenbauer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Elenescu made a kick off. TiGrEs Fx's Venceslao Espada managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Igor Banan in the 52 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Gotzon in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franc Merlot saved TiGrEs Fx from getting behind. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Gotzon in the 59th minute of play. With his leg Orlando Rivera managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Orlando Rivera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Elenescu in the 67th minute of the match. Alex Elenescus short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Orlando Rivera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st match minute, FC Pepe Burrón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Gotzon to maneuver through the defense. FC Pepe Burrón's Maurito Boselli was substituted for Herbert Walmarsson. In the 72nd minute, Justino Gotzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Maurito Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franc Merlot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Maurito Boselli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Gilberto Rancaño notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Pepe Burrón's Orlando Rivera. Orlando Rivera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goal looked a bit too open when Tiémoué Bakayoko came free, but Franc Merlot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurito Boselli in the 95th minute of play. Franc Merlot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurito Boselli's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The TiGrEs Fx supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TiGrEs Fx would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
