In the 4th minute, Cezary Skrzypek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the game, Bayındır Mehmet Yezid threw the ball into play from the sideline. LA LUZ F.C.'s Ivan Menendo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kyle Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestoras Kabourakos in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, DS ACADEMY TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Nestoras Kabourakos came free, but Kyle Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestoras Kabourakos took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kyle Robinson. Kyle Robinson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Wincek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Emil Wincek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led DS ACADEMY TEAM's Maciej Ciemiega to fire away a dangerous shot which Miguel Ángel Torres despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Miguel Ángel Torres came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by DS ACADEMY TEAM's Emil Wincek. But to his dismay, Emil Wincek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cezary Skrzypek kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Emil Wincek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Ángel Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a rather tough play, LA LUZ F.C.'s Ivan Menendo got a free kick in the 47th minute. LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Dieguito Maradona replaced Domingo Clis. In the 49th match minute, LA LUZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Menendo to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Wincek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kyle Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguito Maradona in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes in the game Çelebi Yordam did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jailson Britto. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Miguel Ángel Torres successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 59th minute of the match DS ACADEMY TEAM got a corner. LA LUZ F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maciej Ciemiega ran over to the corner to take the kick. Miguel Ángel Torres made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Emil Wincek sent off a good shot on target. Dieguito Maradona scored 2-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kyle Robinson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Marian Huchro got a free kick in the 66th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Emil Wincek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Wincek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kyle Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Britto in the 75th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, LA LUZ F.C.'s Jailson Britto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kyle Robinson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Aivo Valk was substituted for Marian Huchro. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Chmelyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the DS ACADEMY TEAM players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LA LUZ F.C..
