The referee ignored Alzaga FC's protests and gave Jimeno Ospetsu a yellow card for diving instead. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Martin Indartsu ran dejectedly back to his position. Honorato Nofre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Indartsu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Honorato Nofre was a little too slow when Salvador Quirze got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 47th minute, Olds School Pepo's Feliciano Lluis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Feliciano Lluis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Olds School Pepo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Feliciano Lluis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olds School Pepo!

61 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Lia came free, but Honorato Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alzaga FC booed when Olds School Pepo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Eguerdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Amoruso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Benedicto Duarte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pedro Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Olds School Pepo got a freekick which was hit by Matias Amoruso. After 84 played minutes Olds School Pepo got a freekick which was hit by Matias Amoruso. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alzaga FC had won after a very even match.
