In the 8th minute, Valentin Homatskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justino Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Germano was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Trent Alexander-Arnold capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Trent Alexander-Arnold really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Anselmo Nevada charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Nevada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Anselmo Nevada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Valentin Homatskiy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Germano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 21st match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Erramu to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Igor Irrintzi from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Carlos Germano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 26 minutes into the match, Justino Chucho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Germano, 3-0. Eustaquio Jaizki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Chucho struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Carlos Germano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Depor Alex Return. 42 minutes into the match, Depor Alex Return's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but Cesar Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Peyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Chucho to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Depor Alex Return was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Chucho to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Berdoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Peyo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trent Alexander-Arnold in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Germano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justino Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Justino Chucho notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timoteo Sansone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Chucho came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Fabio Artaldo hit a great ball. Cesar Peyo came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Atlanta's Anselmo Nevada. But to his dismay, Anselmo Nevada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Constantino Avellaneda hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Trent Alexander-Arnold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Trent Alexander-Arnold came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético Atlanta players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Depor Alex Return.
