With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Shantala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, DongFeng Honda FC's 庞默亦 got control of the ball when Patricio Bartolome tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Georg Gallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. DongFeng Honda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Gallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Shantala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Andres Musko made a great header on Alpachiri AFC's corner, it was just that DongFeng Honda FC's 庞默亦 managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Bartolome in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 庞默亦 saved DongFeng Honda FC from getting behind. Patricio Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 82 minutes into the match, DongFeng Honda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Bartolome came free, but 庞默亦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 庞默亦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Txilar in the 86th minute of play. With his leg Roman Shantala managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when DongFeng Honda FC's Georg Gallin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 96 minutes into the game, 肖思兴 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DongFeng Honda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alpachiri AFC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Bartolome in the 97th minute of play forced DongFeng Honda FC's goalkeeper 庞默亦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
