In the 2nd minute, Luiz Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Bîlbă in the 5th minute of play forced AITEC's goalkeeper Bebeto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doru Teodoroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, AITEC's Matías Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tadeu Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luiz Antunes's late challenge caught a FC Alinborger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Antunes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AITEC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Luiz Antunes hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, Doru Teodoroiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Alinborger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AITEC the free kick. In the 19th minute, Angel Veronica left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Alinborger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 23rd minute of the match FC Alinborger got a corner. AITEC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Doru Teodoroiu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Alinborger's Doru Teodoroiu to fire away a dangerous shot which Bebeto de Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tadeu Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Gonzales in the 30th minute of the match. AITEC's Bebeto de Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save AITEC from getting a goal against them. After 33 played minutes AITEC got a freekick which was hit by Valdir Cavalcante. AITEC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Sebastian Bîlbă scored to the left of an out of position Bebeto de Azevedo, making the score, 2-1. Bebeto de Azevedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sebastian Bîlbă showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 40 minute of play. Sebastian Bîlbă scored 4-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bebeto de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matías Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matías Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AITEC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Matías Machado hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

If Luiz Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Sebastian Bîlbă notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of AITEC's Bebeto de Azevedo. Bebeto de Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, Mădălin Ignat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bebeto de Azevedo. AITEC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mădălin Ignat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After 74 minutes of play, FC Alinborger's Angel Veronica made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bebeto de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Manuel Boroș fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Alinborger's protests and gave Manuel Boroș a yellow card for diving instead. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Tadeu Moraes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 85 played minutes AITEC got a freekick which was hit by Matías Machado. In the 87th minute, Sebastian Bîlbă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bebeto de Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. Bebeto de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Bîlbă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bebeto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Bîlbă in the 94th minute of play. AITEC's Rafinha Gaúcho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Angel Veronica in the 96 minute of the game. After 96 played minutes FC Alinborger got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Bleile.
