The Barrenta SC fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barrenta SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Doru Teodoroiu was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Alinborger Galați's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Cristi Miulescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristi Miulescu during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Alinborger Galați's Cristi Miulescu got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tadeu Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Lago in the 13th minute of play forced FC Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrenta SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Paulo do Valle in the 15th minute. The corner led Barrenta SC's Luiz Paulo do Valle to fire away a dangerous shot which Tadeu Moraes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington de Godoi in the 21st minute of play forced FC Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Paulo do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Tadeu Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe Lago in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Patric Isaksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Bîlbă. A sloppy throw-in by Wellington de Godoi in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Alinborger Galați's Sebastian Bleile. 34 minutes into the game, Fellipe Lago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tadeu Moraes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nariman Mansourian in the 38th minute of play forced FC Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Nariman Mansourian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeu Moraes. FC Alinborger Galați's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nariman Mansourian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 43rd minute Nariman Mansourian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Angel Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Alinborger Galați players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrenta SC were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angel Veronica to strike the kick off in the second half. Agustín Tastzian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeu Moraes came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustín Tastzian slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 63rd minute. Tadeu Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Di Marinho in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger Galați's Andrei Voitiş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patric Isaksson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tadeu Moraes came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian. But to his dismay, Agustín Tastzian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. FC Alinborger Galați's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo do Valle in the 72nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Barrenta SC's Fellipe Lago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeu Moraes. That made the score 0-9 after 76 minutes of play. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when FC Alinborger Galați was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Bleile didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barrenta SC made a substitution. Marcelinho Ramalho replaced Valdemar de Lima. Sebastian Bleile kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luiz Paulo do Valle came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Barrenta SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Paulo do Valle couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Barrenta SC's Tadeu Moraes threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Urban Stenman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Alinborger Galați's goalie prevented a goal. Tadeu Moraes made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Di Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Barrenta SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
