José Paulo Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Cappucci in the 3rd minute of the match. When Eugen Mihălțan came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Mihălțan couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Basarab Vărzaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's supporters rose to their feet, but Basarab Vărzaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Paulo Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Gabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Botelho took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Gabor. Emil Gabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Tatomir came free, but José Paulo Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Baltazar Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Paulo Meira was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Paulo Meira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Irinel Tatomir went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Paulo Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 were awarded a corner. Eugen Mihălțan went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Basarab Vărzaru heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 38 minutes, Lucrețiu Ghimiș made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Taquaril SS's José Paulo Meira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucrețiu Ghimiș took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Paulo Meira. José Paulo Meira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5.

★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Gică Popescu was substituted for Eliodor Gheban. A collision led to ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bianco Cappucci hit a great ball. Emil Gabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's zone, Manuel Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Gabor came out of the goal and Manuel Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Nils Helberg replaced Eugen Mihălțan. Irinel Tatomir kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goalkeeper José Paulo Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș. 71 minutes into the game, Irinel Tatomir recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Paulo Meira. Irinel Tatomir showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Lisandro Martínez replaced Adrián Frick. José Paulo Meira was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Lucrețiu Ghimiș capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucrețiu Ghimiș really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Taquaril SS's goalkeeper José Paulo Meira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Lucrețiu Ghimiș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucrețiu Ghimiș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Basarab Vărzaru got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Taquaril SS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. José Paulo Viana hit a great ball. Lucrețiu Ghimiș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Paulo Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the match was over ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Taquaril SS throughout the match.
