An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 13th minute of play forced Urko FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urko FC's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 15th minute of play. Sebastián Torrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriele Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Urko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriele Batistuta came free, but Sebastián Torrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Urko FC defense, Gabriele Batistuta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Torrico. The Urko FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Torrico should have stopped the shot. If Gabriele Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Urko FC's Antonio Arnas in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menchu FC's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Arnas came free, but Camilo Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriele Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Urko FC's Sebastián Torrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 35th minute of play. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Cruz in the 37th minute of the match. Celso Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Salvidor having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Celso Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urko FC made a substitution. Igor Baudelio replaced Filomeno Kauldi. In the 61st minute, Filomeno Kauldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastián Torrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriele Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Menchu FC were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Urko FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abdoulay Doucouré took the corner. Menchu FC's Abdoulay Doucouré was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastián Torrico in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Alonso in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Urko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Robertson to maneuver through the defense. Andrew Robertson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Arrosko Lechem came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Camilo Salvidor could save by the left post. Camilo Salvidor was a little too slow when Arrosko Lechem got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 74th match minute, Menchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Carlo to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Siro Osasun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th match minute, Menchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Osasun to maneuver through the defense. Taribo Ndukwe was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taribo Ndukwe in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Salvidor saved Menchu FC from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Abdoulay Doucouré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Salvidor was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Denis Alonso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Denis Alonso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After having played for 92 minutes, Mayer Candelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menchu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mayer Candelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Denis Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urko FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
