In the 4thth minute of the game Dušan Kyjovský who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, SK Slavia Bohnice's goalkeeper Bobby Axelrod had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Šedina. 9 minutes into the match, Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Dawid Pluciennik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bobby Axelrod narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bobby Axelrod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dawid Pluciennik in the 19th minute of play. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Konvalinka in the 23rd minute of play. SK Slavia Bohnice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Robert Šedina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bobby Axelrod was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. A collision led to SK Slavia Bohnice getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Martin Kožený hit a great ball. Bobby Axelrod showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Fabian, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, SK Slavia Bohnice's Martin Kmínek got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Šedina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boukjan Bunt in the 52nd minute of play forced SK Slavia Bohnice's goalkeeper Bobby Axelrod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobby Axelrod took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Pluciennik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
