Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Candido Lordaliego got the match started through his kick off. Nereo Argina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Niguel Cardiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. River's Cosme Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Moyuelo in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sansone Biembengén got free with Cosme Fernendo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosme Fernendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Lordaliego in the 14th minute of the match. River's Nereo Argina got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sansone Biembengén came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cosme Fernendo could save by the left post. 19 minutes into the game, River's Nereo Argina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niguel Cardiel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gaetan Slaghmeulders recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nereo Argina came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the River fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Argina couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Nereo Argina notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aracure's Niguel Cardiel. Niguel Cardiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Aracure getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Maju Rueda hit a great ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Nereo Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Argina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Nereo Argina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Niguel Cardiel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Nereo Argina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfried Van Cauwenberg in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niguel Cardiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nereo Argina to strike the kick off in the second half. Niguel Cardiel was a little too slow when Nereo Argina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 57th minute, one of Aracure:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aracure. Nereo Argina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cosme Fernendo came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Aracure's Rosario Rivero. But to his dismay, Rosario Rivero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. 76 minutes into the match, Aracure's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfried Van Cauwenberg came free, but Niguel Cardiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Nereo Argina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Niguel Cardiel, passed just outside the right post. In the 87th minute, Adrian Moyuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nereo Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niguel Cardiel having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Wilfried Van Cauwenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. River's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfried Van Cauwenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niguel Cardiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aracure's goalkeeper Niguel Cardiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niguel Cardiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Argina in the 100th minute of the match. River's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
