Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Milan Crockett made the kick off which started today's match. When Sansone Biembengén came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Aracure fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sansone Biembengén couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Goofball FC's Brett Livingston got control of the ball when Sansone Biembengén tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9thth minute of the game Weldon Pujols who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracure's Niguel Cardiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Weldon Pujols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the game, Jeremiah Dudley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goofball FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aracure the free kick. After a rather tough play, Goofball FC's Jeremiah Dudley got a free kick in the 19th minute. Brett Livingston made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Sansone Biembengén sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Aracure booed when Goofball FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremiah Dudley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Sansone Biembengén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aracure's supporters rose to their feet, but Sansone Biembengén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brett Livingston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milan Crockett in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niguel Cardiel saved Aracure from getting behind. Niguel Cardiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Weldon Pujols in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Sansone Biembengén made a precise shot to the right of Brett Livingston. Goofball FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Candido Lordaliego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Brett Livingston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candido Lordaliego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brett Livingston having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Candido Lordaliego to strike the kick off in the second half. If Sansone Biembengén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niguel Cardiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milan Crockett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Aracure's Niguel Cardiel got control of the ball when Weldon Pujols tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 played minutes Goofball FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Kinsey. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sterling Winslow in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niguel Cardiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goofball FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Weldon Pujols was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Sterling Winslow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Goofball FC's zone, Sansone Biembengén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brett Livingston came out of the goal and Sansone Biembengén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Sansone Biembengén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milan Crockett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aracure's Niguel Cardiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Aracure from getting a goal against them. After having played for 92 minutes, Sansone Biembengén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aracure's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sansone Biembengén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Aracure fans cheered their team off the field, for while Goofball FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
