After 19 minutes, Moisés Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wakanda fv FSCMZ and the Formentera players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mateus de Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 34 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Benvide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Mateus de Almeida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Benvide had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus de Almeida. Wakanda fv FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Benvide was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fábio Bezerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Wakanda fv FSCMZ booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Benvide didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Benvide came free, but Mateus de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Benvide notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Wakanda fv FSCMZ's Mateus de Almeida. Mateus de Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Wilfredo Benvide slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateus de Almeida. That made the score 0-10 after 70 minutes of play. Esteban Endira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mateus de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Endira in the 81st minute of play forced Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Mateus de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Benvide got free with Mateus de Almeida in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Osvaldo Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Wilfredo Benvide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Alagoano charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Formentera would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
