Baldomero Guillem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Emenon didn't get a good kick on the ball. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Jose Guter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute Pablo Chabier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Vito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Guter having to make a save. In the 32ndth minute of the game Pablo Chabier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Jose Guter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jose Guter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Vito in the 34th minute. Amancio Firmo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amancio Firmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Black Rose 1979's Amancio Firmo got a free kick in the 45th minute. Baldomero Guillem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Ramond in the 47th minute of play. After the first half RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 54 played minutes RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Venerando. 57 minutes into the match, Desiderio Vito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Guter. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Vito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Baldomero Guillem came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Robustiano Ramond. But to his dismay, Robustiano Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 made a substitution. Blas Maurino replaced Elias Bartuelo. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Baldomero Guillem successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Desiderio Vito scored 2-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Guter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th match minute, RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Mannuel to maneuver through the defense. Placido Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Guter having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
