Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Héctor Mainer started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Adrian Mutu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braga Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Mutu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eurico Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Héctor Mainer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brickeen Wall having to make a save. Eurico Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Mutu in the 8th minute. Dariusz Zembrzuski hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justo Berart. In the 22nd minute, Enginalp Kayaalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Mutu in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eurico Velloso saved Achtung Babies from getting behind. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Achtung Babies's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomasz Waldoch was slow to take the kick. During this time Braga Junior FC's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Braga Junior FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jairo Jacinto hit a great ball. Adrian Mutu might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eurico Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Mutu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute Adrian Mutu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes Braga Junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Håland. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enginalp Kayaalp in the 41st minute of play. Adrian Mutu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Eurico Velloso made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Jan Falkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Mutu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eurico Velloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrian Mutu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Mutu was the one to do the kick off. Adrian Mutu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eurico Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Mutu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Mutu in the 62nd minute of play. Brickeen Wall made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Héctor Mainer sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Mutu came free, but Eurico Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Braga Junior FC's goalkeeper Brickeen Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Achtung Babies's Kobi Usabiaga was substituted for Héctor Mainer. After 70 minutes Braga Junior FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Osvaldo Sayveon who took care of the corner kick. 74 minutes into the match, Braga Junior FC's Adrian Mutu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurico Velloso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mutu in the 77th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Braga Junior FC's Cristiano Håland got a free kick in the 77th minute. Eurico Velloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A sloppy throw-in by Torsten Norberg in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Braga Junior FC's Adriano Toscano. In the 95th minute, Kobi Usabiaga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Achtung Babies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There was no doubt that Braga Junior FC were the better team. Braga Junior FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
