The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Florencio Cordarryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios got control of the ball when Gordy Uchiha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freezerpool FC's attentive Per Söderkvist managed to snatch the ball when Gary Nickerson made a throw-in in the 9th minute of the game. Gary Nickerson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Florencio Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freezerpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Gordy Uchiha could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Jesus Rios however easily saved by the left post. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Gary Nickerson with Renato Esposito as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jesus Rios came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Freezerpool FC's Florencio Cordarryl. But to his dismay, Florencio Cordarryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 27th minute, Florencio Cordarryl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Rios was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Florencio Cordarryl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesus Rios. Dep. Moron's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Cordarryl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Jesus Rios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Cordarryl, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Casco in the 36th minute of play. Miki Moco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wendell Bearden, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Florencio Cordarryl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 87 minutes of play, Freezerpool FC's Valentin Pelayo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesus Rios was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesus Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Pelayo in the 90th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dep. Moron defense, Valentin Pelayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesus Rios. The Dep. Moron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesus Rios should have stopped the shot. In the 95thth minute of the game Valentin Pelayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep. Moron's Jesus Rios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Freezerpool FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
