The throw-in from Per Söderkvist in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Achtung Babies's Jan Falkiewicz. 4 minutes into the match, Freezerpool FC's goalkeeper Miki Moco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Héctor Mainer. 7 minutes into the match, Freezerpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Riley came free, but Miki Moco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xorxe Canosa in the 9th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Achtung Babies defense, Xorxe Canosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eurico Velloso. The Achtung Babies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurico Velloso should have stopped the shot. Freezerpool FC's Miki Moco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Freezerpool FC from getting a goal against them. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordy Uchiha in the 22nd minute of play. Eurico Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xorxe Canosa in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Alvaro Giro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Achtung Babies's Zinoviy Adler quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 28th minute, Jan Falkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Xorxe Canosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes Achtung Babies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szczepan Gargasz who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Achtung Babies's zone, Xorxe Canosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eurico Velloso came out of the goal and Xorxe Canosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Gordy Uchiha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Héctor Mainer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achtung Babies's supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor Mainer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miki Moco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Xorxe Canosa sped through Achtung Babies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eurico Velloso. A collision led to Achtung Babies getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Elpidio Grabiel hit a great ball. After the first half Freezerpool FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Eurico Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xorxe Canosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gordy Uchiha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Eurico Velloso made a huge save. Matias Casco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eurico Velloso firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 57 minutes Achtung Babies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szczepan Gargasz who took care of the corner kick. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Achtung Babies from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso got control of the ball when Gordy Uchiha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xorxe Canosa struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eurico Velloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Freezerpool FC. Achtung Babies made a substitution. Kobi Usabiaga replaced Héctor Mainer. 72 minutes into the game, Selami Bilgen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Freezerpool FC's Szczepan Gargasz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Eurico Velloso came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Freezerpool FC's Valentin Pelayo. But to his dismay, Valentin Pelayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. With an all-out effort, Freezerpool FC's Eurico Velloso threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valentin Pelayo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 78 minutes into the match, Valentin Pelayo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso. Eurico Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gordy Uchiha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Eurico Velloso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kobi Usabiaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Achtung Babies from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute Kobi Usabiaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miki Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eurico Velloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Pelayo went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Casco in the 94th minute of play. Valentin Pelayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eurico Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Freezerpool FC's Per Söderkvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Torsten Norberg in the 97 minute of the game. The Freezerpool FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
