The corner led Altos Gatos FC's Dinç Tuncay to fire away a dangerous shot which Kjell Trengereid despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Kılıçalp Akgün came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the AntraX FDP. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kılıçalp Akgün couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 77 minutes of play, AntraX FDP.'s Gonzalo Plata made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustino Orlo's late challenge caught a AntraX FDP.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustino Orlo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Altos Gatos FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Faustino Orlo hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AntraX FDP. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
