A collision led to El Pasteral F.C getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Egoi Durango hit a great ball. Xaime Campoamor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Calistrat Geangu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xaime Campoamor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. El Pasteral F.C's Xaime Campoamor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Ramond in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match Gastres FC got a corner. El Pasteral F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Quiroga ran over to the corner to take the kick. El Pasteral F.C's Xaime Campoamor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Belmiro in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Gastres FC's Conrado Ramond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xaime Campoamor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 24thth minute of the game Calistrat Geangu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Pasteral F.C's Xaime Campoamor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, El Pasteral F.C's Rico Tobias got a free kick in the 25th minute. Xaime Campoamor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 27th minute of the match. Serapio Cazorla hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Xaime Campoamor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Ramond, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, El Pasteral F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Geangu came free, but Xaime Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Conrado Ramond sped through El Pasteral F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xaime Campoamor. In the 40th minute Conrado Ramond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xaime Campoamor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xaime Campoamor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calistrat Geangu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th match minute, Gastres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Ramond to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Gastres FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

57 minutes into the match, El Pasteral F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Belmiro came free, but Xaime Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Claus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xaime Campoamor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gastres FC's Conrado Ramond in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Pasteral F.C's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the El Pasteral F.C defense, Conrado Ramond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xaime Campoamor. The El Pasteral F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xaime Campoamor should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Belmiro lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Xaime Campoamor. Gastres FC made a substitution. Benjamin Neto replaced Conrado Ramond. Xaime Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Teobaldo Belmiro made a precise shot to the right of Xaime Campoamor. El Pasteral F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 80 minutes into the match, El Pasteral F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Egemen Aldemir came free, but Xaime Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes El Pasteral F.C got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Soler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Belmiro in the 86th minute of play forced El Pasteral F.C's goalkeeper Xaime Campoamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Serapio Cazorla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Pasteral F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gastres FC the free kick. In the 87th minute, Serapio Cazorla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benjamin Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Calistrat Geangu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gastres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Calistrat Geangu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xaime Campoamor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Gastres FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Pasteral F.C.
