Teobaldo Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Bihar having to interfere. 4 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Senio came free, but Pedro Pelayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Senio in the 5th minute of play forced Gastres FC's goalkeeper Pedro Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Fang Zhan Ao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Bihar made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Teobaldo Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 12thth minute of the game Carolo Senio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gastres FC's Pedro Pelayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Langoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, River Plate ® 9-12's Placido Silvanito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Pelayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 20th minute Placido Silvanito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pelayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Ramond came free, but Rigoberto Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calistrat Geangu in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, River Plate ® 9-12 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piti Bernabéu to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Bihar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Belmiro in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute Luca Langoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pelayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Ramond in the 37th minute of play. If Calistrat Geangu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes, Faustino Bartuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River Plate ® 9-12 and the Gastres FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save River Plate ® 9-12 from getting a goal against them. A collision led to River Plate ® 9-12 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Placido Silvanito hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Belmiro got free with Rigoberto Bihar in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carolo Senio to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Gastres FC's zone, Carolo Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Pelayo came out of the goal and Carolo Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Carolo Senio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bihar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. River Plate ® 9-12's Placido Silvanito got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Belmiro came free, but Rigoberto Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Calistrat Geangu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Gastres FC's Benjamin Neto was substituted for Conrado Ramond. Calistrat Geangu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Pedro Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muhammet Ökten, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Belmiro came free, but Rigoberto Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Neto in the 80th minute of play. Tomasz Zurawski hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Pedro Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muhammet Ökten, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Akhilleus Rallis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Gastres FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching River Plate ® 9-12's performance. The match ended with a win for River Plate ® 9-12.
