With a little luck, Berutti FC's Bruno Macario got control of the ball when Harold Pothuizen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nejat Alp Tuğrul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Bruno Macario made a huge save. Mario Guillelmo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Nejat Alp Tuğrul scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Macario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braian Romero couldn't finish the play.
