Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexis Sánchez started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Michel Agüero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Torsten Björnsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 5 played minutes Jucuitiba got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Freire. Stockholm Generals's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kurt Holmberg in the 11th minute. Kurt Holmberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doriva Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Luiz Guilherme Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Torsten Björnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Alfredão Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Björnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alexis Sánchez came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Stockholm Generals fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexis Sánchez couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Agüero in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Björnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doriva Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milan Pavlovský in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Stockholm Generals got a corner. Jucuitiba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kurt Holmberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Aurel Frâncu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Torsten Björnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Romero in the 31st minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Jucuitiba's Luiz Guilherme Romero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torsten Björnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 35th minute Luiz Guilherme Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Björnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Stockholm Generals's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Galvão came free, but Torsten Björnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Milan Pavlovský hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's Michel Agüero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torsten Björnsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doriva Figueiredo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Stockholm Generals's Milan Pavlovský. But to his dismay, Milan Pavlovský quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Stockholm Generals made a substitution. Sebastian Forsell replaced Henry Klemensson. Michel Agüero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Torsten Björnsson made a huge save. Kurt Holmberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doriva Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stockholm Generals's Sören Lindqvist got a free kick in the 67th minute. Stockholm Generals made a substitution. Leo Göransson replaced Egon Deckbergh. Sören Lindqvist hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Galvão got free with Torsten Björnsson in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute of the match, Alfredão Gomes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Torsten Björnsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Jucuitiba's Torsten Björnsson threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luiz Guilherme Romero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 88 played minutes Jucuitiba got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Simão. Doriva Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Ariwibowo in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Alfredão Gomes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Torsten Björnsson. The goal made the score 2-5.
