Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Xiao Ping Nan made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Avantas Jado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Caldas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Avantas Jado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Academia EFC's Freddie Mercury got a free kick in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the Academia EFC defense, Aldo Dias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuno Caldas. The Academia EFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuno Caldas should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Academia EFC's Dumitru Bodiu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boy Fish. Boy Fish yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 15th minute Daniel Palmquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Caldas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Caldas came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Olavo Eiró. But to his dismay, Olavo Eiró quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Academia EFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Azeredo in the 25th minute. The corner led Academia EFC's José Azeredo to fire away a dangerous shot which Boy Fish despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Silvestre Velasques recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boy Fish. Silvestre Velasques showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. A collision led to Academia EFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dumitru Bodiu hit a great ball. If Angelo Quintela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Caldas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olavo Eiró went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olavo Eiró to make the kick off. Ota Rio's late challenge caught a Academia EFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ota Rio helped the player get up and apologised. Ota Rio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Bodiu in the 56th minute of play forced Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Boy Fish to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Silvestre Velasques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Academia EFC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Academia EFC's Xiao Ping Nan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 79th play minutes Olavo Eiró shot 3-5, a short shot which went by Nuno Caldas and just under the crossbar into goal. Boy Fish made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Ping Nan in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Olavo Eiró got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Lóránd Zsinka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Academia EFC's Nuno Caldas got control of the ball when Angelo Quintela tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Arrebimba o Malho SLB left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Academia EFC.
