Bart Buckinx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Academia EFC's goalkeeper Nuno Caldas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sílvio Luís Ceresso. Pinhote FC's Ni Guang Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Ping Nan in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute of the match Academia EFC got a corner. Pinhote FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Azeredo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Academia EFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pinhote FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pinhote FC.
