GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Liang Mo in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute Maurício Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Tristão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Januário Rangel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Eiró, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Eiró in the 15th minute of play. Claudemiro Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Wu Liang Mo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedito Rebelo. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adérito Pinheiro in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Joško Gvardiol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudemiro Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Liang Mo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, GD Almargense's goal looked a bit too open when Maurício Meireles came free, but Claudemiro Tristão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Januário Rangel made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Celso Eiró sent off a good shot on target. Claudemiro Tristão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, GD Almargense's Romão Ferro got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Januário Rangel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adérito Pinheiro in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute Adérito Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januário Rangel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Januário Rangel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adérito Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save GD Almargense from getting a goal against them. Claudemiro Tristão was a little too slow when Ricardo Guerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 68th minute Carlos Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januário Rangel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GD Almargense were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after MEXACOMX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexandre Eanes took the corner. GD Almargense's Alexandre Eanes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Januário Rangel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Januário Rangel came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by GD Almargense's Alexandre Valadares. But to his dismay, Alexandre Valadares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarco Patrício in the 82nd minute of play. Tomás Jordão received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claudemiro Tristão came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomás Jordão slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 92nd minute. Tomás Jordão in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudemiro Tristão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
