Korneliusz Barna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Korneliusz Barna's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iacob Iordan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Avram Ştercă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucrețiu Mihăescu in the 12th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Dragoş Cumpanașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korneliusz Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iacob Iordan having to make a save. In the 32nd minute, Korneliusz Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horea Dică took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Ştercă. Avram Ştercă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 43rd match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xerxes Doro to maneuver through the defense. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Korneliusz Barna scored to the left of an out of position Iacob Iordan, making the score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Korneliusz Barna in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iacob Iordan saved Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting behind. In the 54th match minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Dică to maneuver through the defense. Korneliusz Barna struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Iacob Iordan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti. When Korneliusz Barna came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Barna couldn't finish the play. Korneliusz Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iacob Iordan having to make a save. If Korneliusz Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iacob Iordan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Barna in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Korneliusz Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iacob Iordan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Tractorul Satulung -MM- defense, Korneliusz Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iacob Iordan. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iacob Iordan should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Korneliusz Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iacob Iordan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Iacob Iordan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xerxes Doro's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Korneliusz Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iacob Iordan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Barna in the 87th minute of play. Avram Ştercă made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lucrețiu Mihăescu sent off a good shot on target. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
