Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matias Bilintx took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Curcio came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Adrián Espadas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dante Fernendo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Fernendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Espadas in the 25th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Fernendo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 28th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. Saturnino Curcio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 34th playminute. 38 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Curcio came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrián Espadas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrián Espadas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Dante Fernendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrián Espadas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Sporting de Gijón's Matias Bilintx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitaliy Vischak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Cosme Jaen replaced Rodolfo Atarrabi. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Christian Gagriel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 60th minute of play forced Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Dante Fernendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Sporting de Gijón's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zézinho Neiva took the corner. Esteban Ekaitz tried in the 62nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Dante Fernendo a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-4. Răzvan Necula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cosme Jaen came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Jaen couldn't finish the play. Sporting de Gijón made a substitution. Venancio Emesto replaced Alejandro Rufo. Carolo Ovando hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Niceto Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Zézinho Neiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Fernendo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zézinho Neiva ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the game, Venancio Emesto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting de Gijón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soroca F.C. the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Sporting de Gijón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Soroca F.C.:s goal. Natalio Mazuste took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Fernendo. Dante Fernendo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. If Cosme Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Răzvan Necula made a precise shot to the right of Dante Fernendo. Sporting de Gijón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Răzvan Necula scored 1-7 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Fernendo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Natalio Mazuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Bilintx might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vitaliy Vischak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Bilintx ran back to his position shaking his head. Vitaliy Vischak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Bilintx in the 97th minute of the match. After 98 played minutes Sporting de Gijón got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Ovando. The Soroca F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
