Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Palermo to make the kick off. The corner ended in Börge Alkvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Magic is Back's Ruben Sánchez did a great save. Martin Palermo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Willian Cuesta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Magic is Back's goalkeeper Ruben Sánchez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Palermo in the 70th minute of play. Recai Nusrettin took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Sánchez. Ruben Sánchez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Magic is Back's Rodolfo Arruabarrena was substituted for Marcelo Trobbiani. Magic is Back made a substitution. Osvaldo Potente replaced Martin Palermo. Ruben Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Majczyk in the 87th minute of the match. Ruben Sánchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Muñoz in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Sánchez saved Magic is Back from getting behind. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Potente in the 97th minute of play. Ruben Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recai Nusrettin in the 99th minute of the match. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
