In the 17th minute Décio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Kaszubik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, FITO APPLE TEAM's Valentine Hernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Sampaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wawrzyniec Kaszubik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iuri Cardozo in the 24th minute of play. COURO COME FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aírton Faria in the 26th minute. COURO COME FC's Aírton Faria was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wawrzyniec Kaszubik in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wawrzyniec Kaszubik was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nildo Chaves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. Iuri Cardozo struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Wawrzyniec Kaszubik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COURO COME FC. In the 43rd minute, Jacinto Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FITO APPLE TEAM's Teobald Zaremba got a free kick in the 44th minute. When Aírton Faria came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the COURO COME FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aírton Faria couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentine Hernandez to make the kick off. Valentine Hernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Léo Sampaio made a huge save. Wawrzyniec Kaszubik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentine Hernandez in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo Sampaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Léo Sampaio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 65th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Wawrzyniec Kaszubik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 80th minute Décio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Kaszubik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 81 minutes on the clock, Zeledon Megid commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
