Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daustad's Luis Bonet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Daustad's zone, Alex Burgos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jo Øverås came out of the goal and Alex Burgos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Abasto fútbol club's Angelino Roldan got control of the ball when Luis Bonet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daustad's Jo Øverås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Burgos in the 21st minute of play. Mieszko Pilsudski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Angelino Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Burgos might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jo Øverås. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Burgos ran back to his position shaking his head. Daustad's Jo Øverås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Burgos in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Burgos in the 36th minute of play forced Daustad's goalkeeper Jo Øverås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abasto fútbol club's Alex Burgos got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Abasto fútbol club got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Estruch. After having played for 48 minutes, Mats Bentsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Daustad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mats Bentsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alex Burgos made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Peng Song Ting. Jo Øverås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Burgos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hudson Falcão came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Abasto fútbol club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hudson Falcão couldn't finish the play. Abasto fútbol club's Eskil Lindblom was substituted for Damaso Estruch. Abasto fútbol club's Adolfo Reno was substituted for Claudio-Paul Caniggia. Jo Øverås made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Norberto Tiadoro sent off a good shot on target. Jo Øverås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Tiadoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ola Moland to maneuver through the defense. Abasto fútbol club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hudson Falcão in the 74th minute. Angelino Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 76th minute of play. If Mieszko Pilsudski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abasto fútbol club's goalkeeper Angelino Roldan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daustad were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Abasto fútbol club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mats Bentsen took the corner. Luis Bonet was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jo Øverås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Tiadoro in the 86th minute of play. Angelino Roldan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Bonet went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Luis Bonet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Roldan having to interfere. Daustad were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Abasto fútbol club for a fine match.
