The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Dinei Cearense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agua Santa and the CLUB ROSE GARDEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Cearense. Tomé Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rüstem Arslan in the 5th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arif Cengiz Önder during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arif Cengiz Önder kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 9 minutes, Melih Özil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CLUB ROSE GARDEN and the Agua Santa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to CLUB ROSE GARDEN getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Melih Özil hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Alan Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agua Santa's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayfun Garip breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Nico Quintal fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agua Santa's protests and gave Nico Quintal a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Nico Quintal. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Tayfun Garip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Moreira in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Saruhan Şamil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agua Santa the free kick. A collision led to CLUB ROSE GARDEN getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Saruhan Şamil hit a great ball. Téo Tróia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tayfun Garip. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. During the 23rd minute of the match Dinei Cearense completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dinei Cearense a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Dinei Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Laércio Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agua Santa's supporters rose to their feet, but Laércio Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayfun Garip breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nico Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Téo Tróia charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Téo Tróia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Şanver Zişan was substituted for Raik Osmanlı. A collision led to Agua Santa getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Téo Tróia hit a great ball. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Tayfun Garip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Quintal in the 38th minute of play. Fábio Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayfun Garip having to interfere. Tayfun Garip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Neves in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laércio Neves made a kick off. Jânio Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agua Santa made a substitution. Olavo Vianna replaced Cléberson do Valle. Agua Santa's Pedro Luís Arantes was substituted for Murilo Fernandes. 63 minutes into the game, Pedro Luís Arantes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tayfun Garip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the match, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's goalkeeper Tayfun Garip had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laércio Neves. Tayfun Garip was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nico Quintal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Nico Quintal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tayfun Garip. Nico Quintal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laércio Neves got free with Tayfun Garip in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Nico Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Agua Santa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Quintal couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Arif Cengiz Önder seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arif Cengiz Önder the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CLUB ROSE GARDEN protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arif Cengiz Önder had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Tayfun Garip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Tróia in the 85th minute of play. Tayfun Garip was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Agua Santa played a much better game than CLUB ROSE GARDEN and deserved their victory. The CLUB ROSE GARDEN players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
