The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Ariando made a kick off. Reginaldo de Brito took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Honrio. Maximiliano Honrio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The SORRISO E. C. fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when SORRISO E. C.'s Joaquim Queirós looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. LOS TRIPODES's Maximiliano Honrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reginaldo de Brito in the 57th minute of play. Maximiliano Honrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Queirós in the 58th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Joaquim Queirós notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of LOS TRIPODES's Maximiliano Honrio.
