Benjamin Edur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Máximo Kirchner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute Michal Stehno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Maarten Aelbrecht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Kirchner in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Harkaitz got free with Venancio Cristofol in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjamin Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Okopny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nestor Harkaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute Michal Stehno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Unidad de Matanza were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michal Stehno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in 【E ➣VERON 11's zone, Lenni Skensved stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Edur came out of the goal and Lenni Skensved tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Stehno in the 57th minute of play forced 【E ➣VERON 11's goalkeeper Benjamin Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Unidad de Matanza's Maarten Aelbrecht ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Edur. Benjamin Edur yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Ildefonso Iraunkor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Cristofol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Ildefonso Iraunkor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venancio Cristofol was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru was substituted for Maarten Aelbrecht. In the 73rd minute Ildefonso Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornel Ghiurutan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Nestor Bâru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Edur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. 82 minutes into the match, Nestor Bâru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Edur. 【E ➣VERON 11's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Bâru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Yannick Bartz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Edur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Bâru in the 89th minute of the match. Benjamin Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Bâru, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Nestor Bâru took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Edur. Benjamin Edur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Venancio Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
