Washington de Lara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Washington de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lando Norin in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Que se abra o mar's Tato Vega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Washington de Lara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lando Norin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Washington de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tirense F.C.'s Adrian Onbera quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvinho da Silveira, made in the 27th minute of the game. Washington de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lando Norin in the 31st minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tato Vega to make the kick off. Washington de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Que se abra o mar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
