The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Sílvio Laureano came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Mochila FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Laureano couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Laureano in the 4th minute of play forced FLA MQ BRASIL's goalkeeper Joel Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Bernardo Rosado in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mochila FC's Eris Defaye. Frederico Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Freire in the 9th minute of play. Bart Claveaus short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Joel Aguiar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bart Claveau did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Joel Aguiar 10 minutes into the match. Joel Aguiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bart Claveau in the 17th minute. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Laureano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FLA MQ BRASIL defense, Bart Claveau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Aguiar. The FLA MQ BRASIL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Aguiar should have stopped the shot. After 29 played minutes FLA MQ BRASIL got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Arantes. If Celso Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Mochila FC's Bart Claveau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joel Aguiar. That made the score 4-0 after 36 minutes of play. The supporters of Mochila FC booed when FLA MQ BRASIL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Bart Claveau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Aguiar was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 46th match minute, Mochila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateus Freitas to maneuver through the defense.

Mochila FC's Moisés Hoffmann was substituted for Eris Defaye. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bart Claveau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FLA MQ BRASIL's zone, Sílvio Laureano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Aguiar came out of the goal and Sílvio Laureano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Bart Claveau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FLA MQ BRASIL's Joel Aguiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, FLA MQ BRASIL's goal looked a bit too open when Bart Claveau came free, but Joel Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mochila FC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Mochila FC's Sílvio Laureano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bart Claveau took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Aguiar. Joel Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bart Claveau in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Aguiar saved FLA MQ BRASIL from getting behind. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Aguiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bart Claveau went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute Bart Claveau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Moisés Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Mochila FC's Sidnei Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Bart Claveau put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Aguiar. Joel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Claveau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Mochila FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
