The audience thought a goal was coming when Gogo Gartzea got free with Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sixto Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Ciborek in the 43rd minute of play. If Juli Álvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juli Álvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Jedrzej Indyk fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of FC Cavia Pyskowice booed when CC Cinecittà was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Nastasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The CC Cinecittà players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
