Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matias De Cat took the kick off in the first half of the match. Axell Verduin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylven Van Der Meeren in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, FC Gullegem's goalkeeper Axell Verduin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias De Cat. In the 7th minute Barnaba Pilsudski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Dillemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias De Cat scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Axell Verduin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Axell Verduin came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Winksele 2016's Matias De Cat. But to his dismay, Matias De Cat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Ben Dillemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias De Cat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Barnaba Pilsudski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ben Dillemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. FC Gullegem's Jörgen Norberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mathis Van der Perren, made in the 38th minute of the game. Sylven Van Der Meeren kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. FC Gullegem's Waut Du Molin was substituted for Emanuel De Roest. The throw-in from Georg Söderqvist in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Gullegem's Jörgen Norberg.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barnaba Pilsudski to strike the kick off in the second half. Barnaba Pilsudski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ben Dillemans having to make a save. Barnaba Pilsudski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ben Dillemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Mats Vanooteghem hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter Teurfs in the 55th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Matias De Cat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gullegem's Axell Verduin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th match minute, FC Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ion Giurgiu to maneuver through the defense. Barnaba Pilsudski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ben Dillemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 69th minute Matias De Cat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axell Verduin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Gullegem made a substitution. Jonathan Vrijdag replaced Joe Vandamme. FC Gullegem's Jörgen Norberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Georg Söderqvist in the 80 minute of the game. Jonathan Vrijdag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Winksele 2016's Big Hulk got a free kick in the 84th minute. FC Gullegem's Matty Bormans quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mathis Van der Perren, made in the 90th minute of the game. Tommie Verhengen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Winksele 2016's zone, Ion Giurgiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ben Dillemans came out of the goal and Ion Giurgiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Winksele 2016 fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Gullegem had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
