Ceferino Cresconio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Esteban Txerran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Felix Azibar came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the AFC CERBEROS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Azibar couldn't finish the play. Ceferino Cresconio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Mauro Joachim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mauro Joachim made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ceferino Cresconio sent off a good shot on target. Anacleto Sanchez charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anacleto Sanchez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mauro Joachim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ceferino Cresconio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Mauro Joachim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ceferino Cresconio went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Serafino Gonsalve cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jorge Iribarren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Azibar to make the kick off. Sacronas Futbol Club's Jorge Iribarren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Gonsalve in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alfonso Lastur hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in AFC CERBEROS's zone, Bernabe Ferreyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Joachim came out of the goal and Bernabe Ferreyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Israel Cordara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mauro Joachim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sacronas Futbol Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Esteban Txerran hit a great ball. The Sacronas Futbol Club players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
