Argoitz Bustelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Dubardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Arsenio Canor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eden Hazar in the 9th minute of the match. Honrio Izarra scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Canor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 24 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jose Semeno. Jose Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Vanadio F.C.'s zone, Julio Remigio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Argoitz Bustelo came out of the goal and Julio Remigio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Argoitz Bustelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Dubardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Copérnico F.C. defense, Honrio Izarra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arsenio Canor. The Copérnico F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Canor should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Denis Rodmann got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Eden Hazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Copérnico F.C.'s Arsenio Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honrio Izarra in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Polentzi to strike the kick off in the second half. Montrell Sojo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Canor having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Honrio Izarra put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arsenio Canor. In the 64th minute, Honrio Izarra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vanadio F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 70th minute Honrio Izarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Honrio Izarra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copérnico F.C.'s Arsenio Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 minutes, Xuan Presedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vanadio F.C. and the Copérnico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Vanadio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xuan Presedo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Vanadio F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Xuan Presedo hit a great ball. Argoitz Bustelo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Ermegildo Polentzi sent off a good shot on target. Ermegildo Reyes hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Eden Hazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Canor was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Copérnico F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vanadio F.C..
