With an all-out effort, SSV Ulm 1846's Armağan Mukremin threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberigo Sessa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. SSV Ulm 1846's attentive Afonso Silveira managed to snatch the ball when Valentin Rindlisbacher made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. In the 10th minute Levent Erkinay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timo Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armağan Mukremin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Sessa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Timo Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Flatline Zombies from getting a goal against them. SSV Ulm 1846's Timo Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Imbach in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Uriel Imbach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timo Courtois was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. George Oprița lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. Don Merlot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armağan Mukremin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Imbach came free, but Timo Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flatline Zombies were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after SSV Ulm 1846's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Uriel Imbach took the corner. The supporters of Flatline Zombies booed when SSV Ulm 1846 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Merlot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 42nd minute of play. Paulo Seco struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Timo Courtois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flatline Zombies. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Merlot in the 73rd minute of play. Alberigo Sessa took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armağan Mukremin. Armağan Mukremin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, SSV Ulm 1846's Don Merlot got a free kick in the 76th minute. Armağan Mukremin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Sessa, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Sessa came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Seco in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timo Courtois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Merlot in the 86th minute of play. Armağan Mukremin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Merlot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timo Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Seco in the 89th minute. Armağan Mukremin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Don Merlot went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
