But to his dismay, Kurt Ahrem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Mansilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Academica Pulheim's Paul Heyckendorf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 20th minute of play. Paul Heyckendorf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Mansilha in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Mansilha came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gaudencio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 39 minutes in the game Reinhard Baum did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joachim Kretschmer. Academica Pulheim's Paul Heyckendorf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academica Pulheim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amerigo Labarra was slow to take the kick. During this time LavAzzA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on LavAzzA's corner Kuno Kubin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paul Heyckendorf quite easily take care of the ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxime Vrints in the 62nd minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Alex Mansilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Lepucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Lepucki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 88 minutes in the game Reinhard Baum did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kurt Ahrem. 89 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Heyckendorf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iwan Lepucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxime Vrints in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Academica Pulheim's Maxime Vrints ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iwan Lepucki. Iwan Lepucki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The Academica Pulheim players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
