Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Playa Malvín's Fred Åkerström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Manuel Isăilă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Kenneth Almkvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fausto Jayaga, made in the 13th minute of the game. Manuel Isăilă took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Roberto Teixeira. Zé Roberto Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18th minute of the game Fausto Jayaga made a throw-in which Fred Åkerström played forward. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when Playa Malvín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Mândrilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Isăilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Isăilă in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Roberto Teixeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cai Yue Guang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Åkerström in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Cai Yue Guang got control of the ball when Sandu Mândrilă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sandu Mândrilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Cai Yue Guang made a huge save. If Manuel Isăilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandu Mândrilă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cai Yue Guang having to make a save. After 42 minutes of play, Playa Malvín's Fred Åkerström made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cai Yue Guang was left in no man's land by his defense there! Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Isăilă in the 45th minute of play. Ninjas in Pyjamas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rareș Tatulici in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rareș Tatulici got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Roberto Teixeira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Isăilă made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Manuel Isăilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Teixeira was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Manuel Isăilă capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manuel Isăilă really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Isăilă in the 66th minute of the match. Playa Malvín's Josu Onez was substituted for Jabier Igual. Ninjas in Pyjamas made a substitution. Ghitã Butuc replaced Pastor Ellow. A sloppy throw-in by Rareș Tatulici in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Playa Malvín's Zuberoa Artiaga. Cai Yue Guang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niva Espellosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă. But to his dismay, Manuel Isăilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Cai Yue Guang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niva Espellosa in the 80th minute of the match. Niva Espellosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cai Yue Guang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Playa Malvín defense, Manuel Isăilă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Teixeira. The Playa Malvín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Roberto Teixeira should have stopped the shot. In the 87th match minute, Ninjas in Pyjamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Almkvist to maneuver through the defense. Niva Espellosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cai Yue Guang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niva Espellosa ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goal looked a bit too open when Niva Espellosa came free, but Cai Yue Guang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Hagi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, one of Ninjas in Pyjamas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ninjas in Pyjamas.
